1. Course bookings
Course bookings are made through the website registration. Payment is required in full before the course start date, otherwise a delegate will not be able to attend.
2. Accommodation bookings
Bookings for accommodation are not made by ‘Anne Davies Audiology Courses’ but must be arranged separately.
3. Payment terms
For credit / debit cards, payment is taken at booking.
For cheques, a place on the course will be confirmed once the cheque has cleared.
For payment by invoice, payment is due within 30 days. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
For instalment payments (available to UK customers), a place on the course will be confirmed once final payment has been received.
4. Unable to attend
If a delegate is unable to attend, please contact Anne Davies to discuss options. Depending on the circumstances, it may be possible that the delegate attending can be changed, places can be rolled over to a subsequent course, or refund of fees can be arranged. However, this cannot be guaranteed and a place that has been booked on the course may still need to be paid for in full.
5. Course cancellation
In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled, you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.
