1. Course bookings
Course bookings are made through the website registration. Places on a course are provisional until payment has been received. Payment is required in full before the course start date, otherwise a delegate will not be able to attend.
2. Accommodation bookings
Bookings for accommodation at High Leigh Conference Centre and The Hayes Conference Centre must be made through ‘Anne Davies Audiology Courses’ website. The Conference Centres will not accept direct bookings for those who are attending the Centre as part of a conference: the booking must be made via the Course Organiser, Anne Davies.
3. Payment terms
For credit card payment, payment is taken at booking.
For cheques, a place on the course will be confirmed once the cheque has cleared.
For payment by invoice, payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice. A 5% credit charge will become due if payment is not received within 30 days.
4. Unable to attend
If a delegate is unable to attend a course they have booked and paid for, please contact Anne Davies to discuss options. The delegate attending can be changed, places can be rolled over to a subsequent course, or full refund of fees can be arranged.
5. Course cancellation
In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled, you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.
